Starry Eyed

I enjoy this dress immensely. I didn't think I would be getting on the star wagon but I can't deny the charms of this one and priced at £70 from Oasis it is well within my reach. I'll probably just wear it with...

My white Converse

OR

Purple Louboutins to add a bit of colour.

These platform wedges from Carvela could also be an interesting accompaniment, £150

Throwing a jumper over the dress to make it into a skirt could also be nice.. Just thinking out loud!

1st Dibs

While perusing 1stdibs.com a couple of stunning full length dresses court my eye. I would love to have these dresses in my life.

Floral silk with...

plunging back and buttons.

Silk and cashmere dress with pockets. Could be a little bit dowdy if not worn correctly, I would team this dress with...

These sandals by Prada and cerise pink nail polish. Or...

Purple Christian Louboutin 'Delic' pumps.

Feeling a Bit Flat

It seems the majority of us spend the most money on the shoes we wear the least. I am the first person to fork out for a pair of sky high heels I wear sporadically and then spend little on the shoes I wear all the time. I think it's time we all embrace fabulous flats.

I saw these Charlotte Olympia pumps on someone last week and loved them. They also come in red satin. £518, available at Matches.

This picture does these patent loafers by Kurt Geiger little justice. I like the pinked edging around the tongue. £110

Cute lace ups by Christian Louboutin

I can't get enough of Christian Louboutin's high top sneakers.

More Louboutin sneakers (trainers). I would team these with a grey jersey maxi dress and a fancy jacket.

Lemon and gold French Sole ballerinas. Wear with cigar leg trousers and twin sets for the Audrey Hepburn look. £55 (sale)

Cheap and Chic- Zara, £29.99

Tights

These are some of the most interesting tights I have ever seen!

By Bebaroque, £80- Although these tights are lovely I think the wearer has to be very careful about what they put them with, they could so easily make a black outfit gothic or a colourful ensemble look like costume.

Tights with pearl and diamante applique, £110 by Bebaroque.

These tights wouldn't be at all out of place in Gwen Stefani's 'What you Waiting For' video. They would look amazing with an all Vivienne Westwood outfit (as sported here by Gwen), teamed with...

Black, python Christian Louboutin 'Bloody Mary' shoes.

Tights available from Urban Outfitters and Liberty's.
